Easy Peasy

Have you tried recycling?  Many areas are making it available or even mandatory.  I love it.  It's such a simple way of protecting the planet.  In my area, special bins were given out, which I keep in the garage.  But I found that I was making life a little tedious with this recycling thing.  Done with the paper?  Bring it in the garage, drop it in the bin.  Drink a can of soda?  Rinse it, bring it to the garage, drop it in the bin.  On one particular day, I did this no less than 30 times.  I counted.  So I started the two tiered system.  A little trash can was placed in the kitchen.  I just chuck items in the can, and once a day, I empty it into the large bin in the garage.

You could even do a three tiered system and have an area that holds all your cans and jars that need to be rinsed before moving them into bin #2.  Recycling doesn't have to be difficult.  Find your own way of making life easier while doing something wonderful like recycling.
