SITMM!!!

It's SITMM!  Haven't heard of it?  What is it?  Sock it to me Monday.  Just another excuse to whip out the socks and start knitting.  I'm actually working on my first pair of socks.  Oddly enough, it's not the only pair I've ever done.  If you follow me on any other site, you see my signature socks for a photo.  But this one is the first pair I ever started.  It's just a top down sock with the basic knit, purl ribbing in a dark moss color.  Apparently ribbing blew my mind when I was first learning, so the first sock only has a two inch cuff.  Ridiculous!  I should have kept going.  However, in an effort to clean off my needles, I'm now finishing the mate to it.  It's such a relief to clean house and finish the UFO's.  I understand why Lemknitcrochet is always screaming on her podcast about FINISH ALL THE THINGS.  They need to be done.  Then you can get to all the other projects you have queued up.
